Your ORALEA subscription is built to work around your life — not the other way around. No commitments, no penalties, no phone trees. Everything can be managed from your account portal or with a quick email.

How to Pause Your Subscription

Need a break? Log into your account at oralea.com, navigate to your subscription, and select "Pause." Your subscription will remain on hold until you are ready to resume. No charges while paused.

How to Skip a Delivery

If you are stocked up and do not need your next shipment, you can skip it from your account portal. Your subscription continues on schedule after the skipped delivery — nothing else changes.

How to Change Your Frequency

ORALEA offers three delivery frequencies to match your ritual:

  • Every 30 days — for those taking 3-4 capsules daily
  • Every 40 days — our most popular option at 2 capsules daily
  • Every 60 days — for a lighter cadence or building a reserve

To change your frequency, log into your account portal and update your preferences. The new schedule takes effect from your next billing date.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum orders, and no phone call required.

  • Online: log into your account, go to your subscription, and select "Cancel"
  • Email: send a note to support@getoralea.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your name or order email

Cancellation takes effect before your next billing cycle. If you have already been billed for an upcoming delivery, that order will ship as scheduled and no further charges will be made.

How to Update Your Shipping Address

Moving or need to redirect a delivery? Update your shipping address from your account portal at any time. Changes apply to your next shipment. For immediate changes to an order that has already been placed, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before it ships.

How to Update Your Payment Method

You can update your payment method from your account portal under subscription settings. If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry before pausing your subscription — so you will never miss a delivery without warning.

When Changes Take Effect

All subscription changes — pauses, skips, frequency adjustments, cancellations, and address or payment updates — must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming cycle. If your billing date has passed and you need to make a change, email us and we will help.
